Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the Medical industry. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients suffering from various physical ailments. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that will help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals
- Implement treatment plans using various techniques such as exercise, massage, and stretching
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions and prevent further injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
- Board certification in Physical Therapy is preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
