Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive logistics plan to support the company's shipping goals
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage the shipment of goods from the warehouse to the customer's location
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documentation
- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the shipping process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in freight, logistics, customer service, shipping, or coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
