Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the plant team to achieve production goals, maintaining a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are consistently upheld.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to maintain product consistency and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure the plant complies with all safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
• Manage and control the plant's budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings while preserving operational excellence.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and implement innovative solutions to boost plant performance.
• Oversee plant assets, manage capacity, and ensure flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining quality.
  
  

What you need for this position

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing management.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, production processes, inventory management, and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and use of MS Office applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for negotiation and presentations.
