Job Details
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate possess exceptional troubleshooting, engineering, validation, document control, cost reduction, and inspection skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing process, from the design stage to the final inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Performs a range of tasks related to improving manufacturing processes, including process improvement, problem solving, project management, and employee training.
- Aim to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency by improving manufacturing processes and methods.
- Prepare and present plans for improvement and coordinate deployment, including training team members.
- Assist in improving production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control, and training.
- Conduct research and develop manufacturing processes, prepare layouts of buildings and equipment, coordinate the launch of new/revised products, and design and test tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
- Perform product and process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiency, and they represent manufacturing on cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or Recent Graduate with Engineering Degree
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
