Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Permanent Project Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing complex projects related to Data Centers, Clean Rooms, and Manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural plans, elevations, and sections for Data Centers, Clean Rooms, and Manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including LEED certification requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior architects and interns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing Data Centers, Clean Rooms, or Manufacturing facilities.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of LEED certification requirements and sustainable design principles.
- Experience in laboratory and data center design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
