Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Project Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling, project coordination, and project reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and clients
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and status reports
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling, project coordination, and project reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
