We are a leading company in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects, taking the lead in ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are passionate about construction and dedicated to achieving excellence in every project.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Managing all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, as well as other relevant legal requirements.
• Leading and motivating a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work at all times.
• Communicating effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Identifying potential risks or issues that could impact the project and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensuring the highest quality of construction and craftsmanship in mid-rise and high-end projects.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager role, candidates must have the following qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, preferably with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Strong financial and budget management skills, with the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
