We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our construction industry team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical Project Management, Subcontractors, Construction, and Drywall. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of various projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience in Electrical Project Management, Subcontractors, Construction, and Drywall
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
