Salary $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Their services include procurement, design build, modernizations and new construction. Most of their work is done in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire. This boutique firm prides themselves on delivering excellence to their growing roster of clients and they have been grooming their reputation as the best door crew in the business.

Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day construction management operations
- Purchasing
- Customer/Vendor communication
- Ensuring project is being built correctly
- Project schedule management and forecasting
- Submittal creation and implementation
- Extensive knowledge of the door/frame/hardware industry
- 3-5 years’ experience required
- Proficient at reading architectural plans and specifications
- Ability to manage projects from estimating stage through to final installation
- Candidates must be team oriented and self-motivated
