Job Details

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements for the property portfolio, including financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to the properties
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Coordinate with property managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings related to the properties
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on financial performance for management
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for the properties
• Maintain internal control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of experience in property accounting, real estate, or public accounting
• Proficient in the use of property management software
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance related to property management
