We are are in search of a dynamic and dedicated Permanent QA Manager to join our team. The The ideal candidate candidate will be responsible responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality assurance systems to ensure the highest level of food safety and quality... This role will require require a a a deep understanding of food safety safety regulations, including SQF and G GFSI, and a proven track record in a a a food food manufacturing manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity opportunity for for someone who who who is is passionate about quality assurance quality assurance,, food safety, and continuous improvement. The QA Manager will play a critical role in our commitment to producing high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop,, implement implement, and maintain our quality assurance and food safety systems, ensuring compliance compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as SQF and GFSI standards standards.
• Lead Lead and manage the QA team, fostering fostering a culture of continuous improvement improvement and excellence.
• Conduct Conduct regular audits and inspections inspections to ensure adherence to quality assurance assurance systems and procedures.
• Manage and resolve any issues related to food quality or safety safety, implementing corrective actions as necessary necessary.
• Collaborate with with other departments to develop and implement implement best practices for food safety and quality.
• Provide training training and support to staff on quality assurance and food safety safety procedures and standards.
• Keep up-to-date-date with with industry trends trends and developments in food safety and quality assurance.
• Prepare and present reports on quality assurance assurance activities and improvements to senior senior management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of of experience in a QA QA QA Manager Manager role in a food manufacturing environment- Extensive knowledge knowledge of food safety regulations and and standards, including SQF and GFSI.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems.
• Strong leadership skills,, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve resolve issues related to food quality quality and safety.
• Strong Strong communication skills, with with the ability to effectively communicate complex quality assurance concepts to a diverse audience.
• A degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certified in HACACCP, SQF, and other relevant food food safety qualifications is a plus plus.
