Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and possess in-depth knowledge of NCR, CAPA, Quality Assurance, ISO Audit, Customer Audits, FAI, and Fishbone Analysis. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track quality metrics and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products.
- Conduct FAIs and work with suppliers to improve product quality.
- Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they understand and follow quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of NCR, CAPA, Quality Assurance, ISO Audit, Customer Audit, FAI, and Fishbone.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
