Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet customer requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions
- Analyze data and generate reports to track quality metrics and trends
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control procedures
- Participate in customer audits and provide support for quality-related inquiries
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control and assurance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in ISO9001, GD&T, Blueprint Reading, and metrology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of statistical process control and quality management systems
- Experience with ISO 9001 certification and auditing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
