Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems in compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, Aerospace, and AS13100 standards.
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve product quality.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality management systems and procedures.
- Participate in customer and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QMS role in the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of AS9100, NADCAP, Aerospace, and AS13100 standards.
- Experience with quality control procedures, including statistical process control, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Experience with quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in AS9100, NADCAP, Aerospace, or AS13100 is a plus.
