Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Work with third-party data sources and APIs.
4. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
5. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
6. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
7. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
8. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
9. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
10. Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
11. Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years of professional experience working with React Native.
2. Proficient in building mobile applications using React Native Framework.
3. Strong understanding of Android and iOS platforms.
4. Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
5. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
6. Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
7. Understanding of JavaScript ecosystem and experience with libraries such as Redux, Axios, Immutable.JS.
8. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
10. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
11. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
12. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
