We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Recruiter to join our team in the Finance industry. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent in the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate recruitment, particularly within finance, property management, and real estate sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
2. Partner with Corporate Leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
3. Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
4. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
5. Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
6. Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
7. Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
8. Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
9. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
10. Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within the finance, property management, and real estate sectors.
3. Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
4. Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
5. Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
6. Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
7. Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
8. Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
9. Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
10. Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
