Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
CPA or relevant professional certification.
5 years of state and local tax experience in a public accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.
