Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent S&OP Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring that production and demand planning are aligned to optimize efficiency and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand planning, production scheduling, workforce optimization, capacity planning, consumption models, production strategy optimization, new business integration, and new product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the S&OP process to ensure alignment of production and demand planning.
- Manage the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize flows and streamline processes.
- Develop and implement workforce optimization strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Manage capacity planning to ensure that production meets demand.
- Develop and implement consumption models to optimize inventory management.
- Optimize production strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Manage the integration of new businesses into the manufacturing process.
- Manage the launch of new products to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in demand planning, production scheduling, and S&OP management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with capacity planning and workforce optimization.
- Knowledge of consumption models and production strategy optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with new business integration and new product launches.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
