Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent S&OP Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring that production and demand planning are aligned to optimize efficiency and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand planning, production scheduling, workforce optimization, capacity planning, consumption models, production strategy optimization, new business integration, and new product launches.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the S&OP process to ensure alignment of production and demand planning.
  • Manage the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize flows and streamline processes.
  • Develop and implement workforce optimization strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage capacity planning to ensure that production meets demand.
  • Develop and implement consumption models to optimize inventory management.
  • Optimize production strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Manage the integration of new businesses into the manufacturing process.
  • Manage the launch of new products to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in demand planning, production scheduling, and S&OP management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with capacity planning and workforce optimization.
  • Knowledge of consumption models and production strategy optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience with new business integration and new product launches.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
