Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic Debt Settlement Sales Manager to lead our team of inside sales representatives. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a team of high-performing debt sales consultants, driving revenue and ensuring the team meets its KPIs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and execute strategies that help us build a successful sales department from scratch. You will identify, develop, and coach sales agents to production standards, while driving lead generation strategies and ensuring that departmental KPIs are met.
You will also work closely with Compliance to build department SOPs and policies, ensuring that our consultants are always compliant. And as the leader of the sales team, you will hold the team accountable for meeting departmental targets, attendance, and conduct.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in debt settlement sales and impactful leadership skills. You should be able to collaborate effectively with your team, build processes and procedures that ensure prospective clients are treated fairly, and stay current on industry trends.
