Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our precast concrete products and services.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and presentations.
4. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
6. Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and create reports.
7. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
8. Continuously improve through feedback and training.
9. Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
2. Proven work experience as a sales representative with a demonstrated history of sales success.
3. Familiarity with precast concrete products, the construction industry, and the engineering sector.
4. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
5. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
10. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
