What you will be doing:
Provide ongoing advice and support to ensure customers derive maximum value from our firm intelligence solution.
Acting as an SME in the Salesforce platform
Demonstrating expertise in assigned products
Providing high-quality customer education and advice as part of Solutions Engineering projects
Providing high-quality written materials as part of Solutions Engineering projects
Identifying creative ways to solve complex customer and prospective customer issues
Providing pre-sales and post-implementation assistance as needed
Must have skills:
3-5 years of relevant experience, with a track record of:
Working with customers in a support or consulting role
Working with marketing automation integrated with CRM
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on expertise in customizing and developing Salesforce solutions.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce development technologies.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and understanding of APIs, web services, and data migration techniques.
Familiarity with Salesforce security models, data models, and sharing rules. Knowledge of best practices for Salesforce development and coding standards.
Nice to have skills:
Deploying enterprise software, preferably in law firms - a plus
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II - a plus.
