We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Security Engineer to join our Technology industry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security engineering and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's data and systems. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect our company's data and systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO27001, ISO27799, ISO13485, HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST certification, and SOC2 Certification.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security breaches and other security incidents.
- Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential security threats.
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure that their systems and applications meet our security standards.
- Provide security training and awareness to employees to ensure that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining the security of our systems and data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in security engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of security standards such as ISO27001, ISO27799, ISO13485, HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST certification, and SOC2 Certification.
- Experience with security auditing and risk assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
