We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and provide financial analysis and recommendations.
- Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
