We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Electrical Designer to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from concept to completion, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed electrical designs and plans, performing complex calculations, and ensuring all work is in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Electrical Designer, you will:
1. Utilize your expertise in 3D Modeling and Electrical AutoCAD Block Programming to create detailed and accurate electrical designs and plans.
2. Perform complex lightning design and calculations to ensure all projects are safe, functional, and meet all necessary requirements.
3. Collaborate with a team of engineers and other professionals on large-scale projects, providing your expertise and guidance on all matters related to electrical design.
4. Review and revise existing electrical plans and designs to improve functionality and efficiency.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure all designs are up-to-date and compliant.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior designers and other team members.
7. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, including experience with 3D Modeling and Electrical AutoCAD Block Programming.
2. Proven experience in lightning design and calculations.
3. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex electrical design challenges.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex electrical concepts to non-technical team members.
6. A strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in using industry-standard electrical design software and tools.
8. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
