Job Details
As a Senior .NET Application Developer / Senior C# Developer on our team, we are looking for:
- Strong C# .NET background
- Over 6 years of heads-down development, preferably 10 years
- Understanding of Inversion of Control, Dependency Injection, and when it's appropriate to use them
- Ability to implement a factory pattern using interfaces and understand the basics of cloud development
- Understanding of ORMs, having an idea of what type of ORMs are available, what you prefer and why you prefer it.
- Ability to explain microservices, serverless technology, eventing infrastructure, queues, unit tests, regression tests, user acceptance testing, and integration tests.
- IaC (Infrastructure as Code) experience as well as RDS performance tuning experience and an ability to explain when it's appropriate to tune queries.
- Must have experience within a Scrum team
- Professional JavaScript experience
- Unit-testing experience
- Experience doing your own releases (not just handing that off to another team)
- Experience writing queries (not just having the DBA handle that)
- Experience securing APIs
- AWS and/or Azure background is a must
- Vue.js / Vue / Vuejs experience would be a plus
- Must be willing to take a 45 minute online C# assessment
- Must be ok with 2 technical interviews (1 to 1.5 hours each) that involve live coding via CoderPad
