We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in the renewable energy industry. The individual will also be expected to contribute to the development of new projects, utilizing their expertise in NEC (National Electrical Code) to ensure all work is compliant with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering aspects of PV, BESS, and Solar projects, from concept to completion.
- Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
- Ensure all projects are compliant with NEC and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design and implement project plans, regularly tracking and reporting on progress.
- Continuously monitor and mitigate project risks.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of new projects, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements in renewable energy technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Legal industry.
- Proven experience with PV, BESS, and Solar projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in renewable energy technologies.
