Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, presents plans to management, and executes plans in a timely manner
- Develop manufacturing process performance requirements
- Implements all capital projects for company plants
- Trains and mentors junior engineers in project management.
- Employ six sigma and lean methodologies
- Please inquire within for full list of job duties
- BS Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering discipline. Graduate degree in engineering or MBA preferred
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting and leading technical projects
- Must be able to lead and execute plant capital projects
- Automation experience is a plus
- Six Sigma and lean training
- 15-30% domestic travel as required
