Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Administer company benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Foster positive associate relations through open communication, conflict resolution, and fair treatment.
- Assist in organization design and development, aligning structure and resources with business objectives.
- Manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Ensure employment law compliance, staying updated on changes and educating the team accordingly.
- Collaborate with the engineering organization to understand their specific HR needs and challenges.
- Represent the company in professional organizations, promoting our brand and networking with potential candidates.
- Utilize HR systems such as Untipro and UKG Human Capital Management to streamline HR processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
- Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, associate relations, organization design, performance management, policy development, and employment law compliance.
- Familiarity with engineering organizations and professional organizations.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Untipro and UKG Human Capital Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current HR trends and legislation.
