Job Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will lead our test team, develop test procedures, design test fixtures for design validation and production testing, and run necessary tests as needed. This position will also be responsible for planning and developing tools and processes to aid in improving our test capabilities through automation, reuse, and use of standard tools in order to speed time to market while improving the quality and reliability of the products that are released into manufacturing.
