Salary $110,000 - $125,000 per year

A Bit About Us

Growing General Contractor on a mission to provide high quality projects for all their clients. Their primal focus is healthcare/ federal work for the VA. They are actively looking for a Superintendent. Ideally located in South Dakota who is open to travel. The initial project will be in Wagner, SD (Federal/ Healthcare Renovation). This is a full-time opportunity for a Superintendent in the federal space to join a GC who truly cares about their people.

Job Details

• 100% Travel (can be anywhere in the U.S. - project durations are typically 8-9 months. Travel home every other weekend)
• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
