Responsibilities:
- Experience in general contracting or relevant education plus experience
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications in multiple disciplines
- Can develop construction schedules and understand SOVs
- Can write, track, and record all project documentation, such as submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes
- Experienced in successfully running projects from start to finish including close out
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Project close out procedures
- Can manage multiple projects
- Strong communicator both in writing and verbally
