Qualifications
- 12 years’ experience in residential building with 5 years’ experience managing new Custom home construction.
- Professional. positive attitude and service-minded approach to clients, co-workers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and high-quality standard.
- Ability to read a complex set of plans and specifications.
- Proven track record of bringing projects in on budget and schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, email and other programs needed to do your job.
