Job Details

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for open positions across the organization, including developing job postings for positions; sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, candidates, providing feedback, and negotiating & extending offers[MT1] [JD2] [NS3] developing job postings; sourcing and screening applicants; scheduling and conducting interviews; , interviewing, candidates, providing feedback, and negotiating & extending offers
  • Meet with hiring managers to discuss role responsibilities and requirements; provide consistent communication throughout the open search
  • Support in internal and external recruitment activities, including but not limited to information sessions, career fairs, and internship initiatives
  • Establish recruitment plans on harder to fill vacancies
  • Conduct research on salary trends and provide recommendations to salary bands
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Drive sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools, leverage all available talent channels, including but not limited to; partnerships with diverse associations, alumni groups and organizations.
  • Identify inclusive sourcing criteria and establish goals and metrics to measure performance Identify key metrics to use
  • Build the strategy and foster deep relationships with external partnerships and organizations for underrepresented groups
  • Support the implementation of talent acquisition projects
  • Lead and/or participate in DEI special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and more.

Administrative

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce). This includes: establishing a candidate database, entering routine requisitions, tracking

candidate status, assisting with the on-boarding portal, and managing job postings
  • Manage weekly open positions reports and provide concise updates to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain current job descriptions throughout the organization
  • Assist in evaluating the yearly recruitment budget by comparing vendor and job board costs

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience
  • Minimum five (5) years demonstrated full-cycle recruitment-related experience from the development of a recruiting strategy and creative

recruitment solutions for highly specialized, difficult-to-fill positions
  • Preferably 2 years of experience leading diversity programs
  • Demonstrated expertise and passion towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Past success in developing strong internal relationships in order to gain support, influence and achieve cross-functional results across a company
  • Demonstrated track record of championing inclusion
  • Knowledge of the latest recruiting and sourcing technology as well as practical applications where that technology can be utilized
  • Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail with time management, multitasking, and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
