Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in tax management, preferably in Public Accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements for HNWI, S C Corps, International, or Non-Profit.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tax return preparation and review.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
