We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an active CPA and at least 3 years of experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning advice.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning advice for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Assist with tax audits and appeals.
- Active CPA is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
