Job Details
Essential Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Examining residential building plans
Performing take-offs of the building envelope
Inputting data and modeling in REM/Rate, Ekotrope, EnergyPro
Years of Experience/Other Requirements
1-2 years of relatable experience
1-2 years experience using AutoCAD
An understanding of residential construction and architectural plans.
Experience with EnergyPro, Ekotrope and Rem/Rate is not required, we will train you on the job.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Understands current energy codes and programs
The ability to read and understand a set of residential architectural plans
Good math skills, high attention to detail, interpersonal skills, quick learner
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PDF programs, Outlook
Strong time management and organization skills
Experience with web navigation and online research
