Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients, trustees, and family members
- Communicate with beneficiaries
- Manage estate and trust bank accounts
- Prepare federal estate tax returns and gift tax returns
- Draft estate planning documents, including ancillary documents, wills and trusts
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience of probate, trust & estate paralegal experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Familiar with iManage, Adobe, EstateWorks, UltraTax, and Lawgic
- Strong Communication skills
