We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional service to our clients while working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
1. Handle a diverse caseload involving estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
2. Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
3. Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, as necessary.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current admission to the New Jersey Bar.
3. LLM in Tax.
4. A minimum of one year of experience in trusts and estates law, with a focus on estate planning and tax law.
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
