Job Details
- Manages the Market Access account team and cross-functional teams for a client's business.
- Maintains ongoing communication with brand market access and client teams including HCP, DTP, market research, finance, and agency partners.
- Develop market access marketing and communication plans and maintaining knowledge of the client's business to assist in tactical plan execution.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to engage with and influence decision makers at market access customers including Payers, PBMs, Population Health Decision Makers, Pharmacy/Specialty Pharmacy/HUB, Employers, Advocacy.
- Works across market access books of business and understanding the process to develop and deliver Patient Support/Access Services/HUB program resources.
- Manages account finances responsibly and ensuring project deliverables are efficiently delivered on time and within budget.
