We are needing an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team! This person will be in charge of Safety, Team Management, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Facilities Management, Vehicle Management, and Overseeing the daily opening/closing of the building facilities.

Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety
- Responsible for all safety matters on-premise at our facility
- Manage PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) Inventory
- Team Management
- Oversees a team of inventory/warehouse employees (currently 1-2 employees) to ensure that all tasks are performed safely, and efficiently.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the operations of our 3 shops and warehouse facilities for our Installations, Service, and Boiler Repair departments.
- Oversee inventory in our vehicles.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Help implement and manage an inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
- Manages schedules of deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
- Physical inventory counts for accounting purposes.
- Purchasing
- Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions.
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
- Facilities Management
- Responsible for overseeing the daily opening/closing of the building facilities.
- Oversees building and grounds maintenance to ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures (including vendors, such as HVAC service).
- Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
- Recommends inventory shelving/organization system modifications.
- Manage building utilities (including oil deliveries).
- Snow removal and scrap/garbage removal.
- Vehicle Management
- Maintenance and repair of company vehicles.
- Operation and maintenance of the forklift and other equipment.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily opening/closing of the building facilities.
