Job Summary:
As a Customer Account Advisor, you will be a coach to our customers, helping them with payment collections and lease agreement renewals. Your role is to ensure that customers are 100% satisfied with their products and understand the benefits of their lease agreements. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, guiding them towards ownership.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Contact customers who have not renewed their agreements
- Educate customers on the benefits of timely lease payments
- Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries
- Complete vehicle maintenance and operate company vehicle safely
- Support the sales team when needed
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (age 18 in Canada)
- Valid driver's license and compliance with the company's driver qualification policy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (up to 300 lbs. with assistance)
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
