Position: Customer Account Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customers' accounts, including maintaining customer information and recording payment appointments.
- Engage with customers who have not renewed their lease agreements, both through home visits and phone calls.
- Explain the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments to customers and encourage them to renew.
- Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
- Support with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
- Clean and certify returned merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
- Safely operate company vehicle.
- Assist the Sales Team when needed.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license (age 18 for Canada).
- Ability to work flexible hours, ranging from 8 am to 9 pm.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High energy and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must uphold the Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
