· Define and track key quality metrics, test coverage, defect rates, and performance benchmarks for mobile apps, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with UX/UI design teams to conduct usability testing, accessibility testing, and user feedback analysis, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across mobile platforms.

· Work closely with security teams to implement and execute security testing, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks for mobile apps, addressing data protection and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, product management, and other teams to align quality goals, prioritize testing efforts, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

· Promote and enforce quality assurance best practices, standards, and methodologies within the mobile engineering organization, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Provide training, mentorship, and career development opportunities for the mobile quality engineering team, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and professional growth.

· Evaluate third-party testing tools, services, and vendors, and make recommendations for adoption based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

· Identify areas for process improvement, automation opportunities, and efficiency gains in quality assurance practices, and drive initiatives to enhance overall testing effectiveness and efficiency.

· Maintain a customer-centric approach to quality engineering, incorporating user feedback, analytics, and market insights into quality assurance strategies and improvement efforts.

What you will need:
