The District Manager role is responsible for driving long-term market strategy by leading and developing a team of store leaders to achieve profit and sales goals. They oversee all field sales and operations in their district, building relationships with associates, customers, and insurance agents to stay connected to industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

What You'll Do:
Create and implement a vision for the market, including plans to grow market share and increase brand awareness
Monitor performance against sales and operations plans and make necessary adjustments
Stay informed about competition and recommend improvements to keep Safelite ahead
Manage the district's P&L, ensuring revenue goals are met while controlling expenses
Lead, engage, and motivate a primarily mobile workforce
Foster a positive and customer-centric environment in all stores
Collaborate with national leaders to standardize best practices and drive change management
Conduct talent reviews and ensure high-performing associates are recognized and coached
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Valid state-issued driver's license
6 years of leadership experience in operations and sales (preferably in the auto aftermarket)
Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and operations techniques
Ability to lead and develop associates to achieve individual and organizational goals
Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment
Ability to travel up to 50%
