As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of marketing efforts. You will lead the charge in measuring the effectiveness of our marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights to inform and influence marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Conduct research on customer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, and other professionals.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their market share, and focus areas to inform product strategies.
- Provide detailed reporting on all measurement efforts.
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
