ABOUT THE GENERAL MERCHANDISE TEAM
The General Merchandise team ensures that our guests have a consistent and positive experience by maintaining stocked and accurately priced products on the sales floor. They also handle inbound and outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and promotional signage. This team is responsible for both General Merchandise and Food & Beverage areas, providing a fresh and safe experience for our guests.
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
As an Inbound Expert at Target, your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting guests in a genuine and personalized way
Understanding guest needs and providing appropriate solutions
Sorting and organizing products accurately and efficiently
Maintaining inventory and stocking products on the sales floor
Operating power equipment if certified
Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
Supporting guest services like cashiering and order pick up
Performing other duties as needed
