This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

- Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About the team
The Financial Crimes Team conducts investigations involving potential fraudulent, suspicious and unusual financial activity in which FIS is the merchant processor, merchant acquirer, financial institution issuer and/or facilitates transactions that pose risk to FIS or its clients. Investigations emanate from the Fraud Fusion Team alerting, Internal FIS Fraud Groups, FIS Legal and through external clients and contacts. Team members conduct investigations, analysis, interact with internal fraud groups and external clients. The Team is currently compromised of ten members based in the United States and the United Kingdom with planned expansion.
What you will be doing
- Conduct analysis of data, fraudulent activity, locations, subjects to assist the Investigations conducted by the Investigators by providing findings and suggested investigative next steps.
- Prepare summaries and presentations of any Investigation findings for internal use.
- Assist the Investigators with developing Lead Packages to provide to Law Enforcement.
- Collaborate with the Fraud Fusion and Intelligence Teams, along with internal Fraud Groups.
- Assure Notifications to Internal Fraud Groups, Relationship Managers and others are executed and if applicable a response was obtained.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
Added bonus if you have
- Prior analytical, investigative and fraud experience and/or school courses/internships.
- Analytical, Investigative or Organizational experience and/or school courses/internships.
- Written and verbal presentation experience utilized in school courses and/or internships.
