**About the Role**
As a Senior Director in our Data & Insights Department, you will provide leadership to multiple teams responsible for measuring and reporting the performance of our financial advisors and branch support teams. You will develop plans and make strategic decisions to support our business outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to solve complex problems and mitigate risks.
