Senior Product Manager - AI Business

Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading research tracks, technology initiatives, or building product-quality proof-of-concepts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Dojo Product Managers work on a variety of initiatives – on any given day, you might find yourself defining cutting-edge research, brainstorming a patent idea, interviewing users, designing a new feature or tool for our internal stakeholders, or managing a backlog and reviewing stories with engineers. As a part of the AI Business Unit, we research and innovate the future of technology in a high visibility, collaborative team. You will collaborate with other product managers, leadership, engineers and data scientists, tech leads, strategy, and/or stakeholders to execute technology development using an agile, fast-fail mentality. This position requires someone who thrives in a highly ambiguous environment and loves to learn quickly.

You will:

  • Support and lead both open-ended research as well as well-defined development deliverables in technical areas including generative AI, zero-trust security, quantum computing, and more

  • Work closely with small, cross-functional teams of researchers and developers, as well as with leadership, to make decisions and share insights 

  • Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs

  • Develop and maintain a backlog of stories and areas of exploration; prioritize work

  • Define and refine requirements and hypotheses; make sure deliverables meet the agreed-upon acceptance criteria

Essential Requirements

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about technology and leading research and development tracks

  • Ability and open mindedness to quickly learn about new development methodologies and cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML and zero-trust security

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience working across and leading cross-functional teams

  • Experience interfacing with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and drive technical requirements

Desirable Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in product management, business, software development, applied research, or a similar area; a master’s degree with 6 years of experience; or equivalent experience
