As an iOS Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming Capital One and shaping the future of mobile technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop iOS applications that align with our product strategy and follow engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to create engaging and powerful customer experiences.
- Contribute actively to agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Actively participate in developer communities and promote the mobile platform.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in mobile development.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Collaborate with developers across various disciplines and contribute to group discussions.
- Lead the delivery of major components and platform needs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience building iOS applications.
- At least 2 years of experience with Swift.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience building iOS applications.
- 3 years of experience with Swift.
- 1 years of experience in open source frameworks.
- 1 years of experience with Agile practices.

Salary and Benefits:
- The salary for this role in New York City ranges from $161,900 to $184,800 per year (full-time position).
- Part-time roles will have salaries prorated based on agreed-upon hours.
- Performance-based incentive compensation is available, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
